What We do During Wire Shelf Inspection

Based on our Welland company rules,for all all shelf before shipment, our QA department has to issue us the shelf inspection report.Customers may be wondering what test we would do during shelf inspection? This time I would like to share with you some test our QA department would do for shelf inspection
1. Salty spray test for wire shelf
Our QA department would select some shelf from some lot randomly to do salty spray test.We do also send wire shelf to SGS lab to do test.For chrome wire shelf, our salty spray test result can reach to level 8 or even level 9.For powder coating shelf, our salty spray test can reach to level 9 or level 10

2. Loading test-Customers would pay special attention to the loading weight, especially the customers who buy commercial wire shelf.Our QA department would do this randomly.If there is no change on the spec, the loading weight would be no change, as you know,spec decide the loading weight
3. Drop test-Now there are more and more customers sell our wire shelf online,if sell online, then package have to be delivery by courier,so for online customer’s order, we would do drop test to make sure the box is stronger enough
